What to include

• The business: what you do, where, and roughly how big
• Class of cover: property, liability, casualty, combined, motor fleet, or tell us you are not sure
• Renewal date: even approximate helps us plan
• Holding broker and expiry premium, if you have them

Documents worth attaching

• Current policy schedule or quotation
• Claims experience, usually the last three to five years
• Surveys, risk reports or presentations
